Chef's Journey

Tiffany’s Bar & Bistro traces its origins back to a small family-run restaurant in Turkey. Our founder, Mehemt, got his start in the restaurant business at just 14 years old, working alongside his brother. From learning timeless culinary techniques in Istanbul to exploring the bustling dining scene in the United States, he carried the values of quality, hospitality, and community every step of the way.
